For security reasons, we cannot issue refunds over chat, phone or email. If you would like to cancel
and refund a product, you can find the refund option in your order history to the right of your order details.

⚠️ Domain Refund Policy! The domain fee is Non-refundable once your domain has been Successfully Registered, Transferred and Renewed. As there is no way to reverse with our registrar, so refund is not possible.
All new Web Hosting accounts are covered by 7 - 30 Working days Money Back Guarantee.
If you become dissatisfied with our services at any point within the first 7 - 30 Working days of holding an active account,
we will issue a full refund of your money unless otherwise specified at, or prior to, the time of purchase.
⚠️ NOTE - Money-Back Guarantee is not valid for clients who violate any of our Service Policies. We have all the right to decline a refund when you are in violation.
⚠️ If you activate your service by paying us some amount (10%, 20%, 30%) and say that we do not have the money right now and we will pay you the remaining amount after 10 days or 15 days, you start my service, we started your service as per your request. And if you do not make full 100% payment as per the given time, then First Call Hosting India will temporarily suspend your account within 2 working days to 7 working days and if you do not get your invoice fully paid 100% within 7 to 25 working days of suspension, that is, if you do not give us your 100% amount, then First Call Hosting India reserves the right to terminate your account forever and in this case, First Call Hosting India will not refund any money given by you and in this case, the promise of 30 days money back guarantee by First Call Hosting India will also not be applicable.
